TV is a star clip that was exclusive to VIP members in the Movie Maker. It is used to show a television screen, with someone flipping through channels. The duration of the clip is three seconds.

This clip has the name "changing_channels" in the SWF file, most likely to distinguish itself from the Tv clip.

The TV and Tv star clips are very similar, as they are both clips that show a TV screen. The difference between them is that the Tv clip allowed one to insert text, where as TV only allows one to "watch" the screen.
